The Seminar Group will be presenting a seminar on Real Estate & Land Use Law in Montana in Missoula, MT in early March 2020 for land use & real estate professionals.  Much of the agenda is oriented around urban land use and planning issues, but there is also content relevant to rural land issues such as conservation easements, water rights, tax law updates including opportunity zones, and land use law updates.  Continuing education credits are available for attorneys, planners, and real estate brokers and agents.
