Andy Rahn from Montana Land Source will one of the panelists for the 2021 Chamber AM: State of Housing and Real Estate, in Billings Montana on August 5, 2021.
Andy has been asked to be a panelist, as the Chamber recognizes that a rural real estate perspective is needed as well as an urban residential perspective for understanding the state of housing and real estate in Billings and Montana.
This event is particularly timely, as the Wall Street Journal/Realtor.com has just identified Billings, MT as the #1 city in its Housing Market Index. The Index emphasized the affordability and appeal to remote workers in Billings.
