The large Paradise Valley Ranch south of Livingston has sold to area land owner Arthur Blank, co-founder of Home Depot and owner of the Atlanta Falcons. Blank has owned the 7,900-acre Mountain Sky Guest Ranch located about fifteen miles to the southwest since 2001, and had recently purchased the adjoining 6,600-acre West Creek Ranch in 2017. The Paradise Valley Ranch was owned by the Cargill family. Blank is a conservation land owner, having put his Mountain Sky Ranch in a conservation easement and purchasing West Creek Ranch with an existing easement. The newly purchased Paradise Valley Ranch was listed by Live Water Properties for $19,500,000 in July of 2018. Hall & Hall represented the buyer.
