"Hi everyone, Andy Rahn here with Montana Land Source with this week's video summary of the Montana Land Report for March 3rd, 2021.
The first thing I would like to share, is that tomorrow I am giving a presentation at the Montana Farm and Ranch Brokers monthly meeting on the Montana land market. A recap of 2020 and trends heading into 2021, with data from Montana Land Source. 2020 as we all know was a very dynamic year, and that is continuing into 2021. So lots of data and information and trends to share there. As you know, we did not have our big annual event in Bozeman where we share land values and data, so this is in lieu of that. It'll be a shorter presentation, not as much detail but we've been working hard over here pulling that together.
That's happening here in Billings at the Billings Association of Realtors office, but it is also going to be broadcast via Zoom. There's a link on the Montana Land Report and on Montana Land Source for that event, with information to access the Zoom information. So please join us for that, it's pretty much one of the only opportunities throughout the whole year to get in-depth information and data on the Montana land market.
Within the past week, we had 29 property updates. The market continues to be strong with a lot of forward momentum.

• 1 property back on the market
• 7 new listings
• 9 pending sales
• 4 price changes, and
• 8 solds
So again, strong market just continues to march into 2021. Lots of interesting things to keep our eyes on and report on, so please join us tomorrow.
