"Hi everyone. Andy Rahn here with Montana Land Source, with this week's video summary of the Montana Land Report for December 2nd, 2020. A relatively quiet week in the market due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Only 18 property updates on the market within the past seven days:

• 1 property back on the market, having fallen out of contract from being pending
• 5 new listings
• 7 pending sales
• 2 price changes, and
• 3 solds

So relatively quiet, but to be expected because of the Thanksgiving holiday.

In news, the 11th episode of the Ranch Investors podcast has been released. A fun podcast this week, we interviewed Melissa Wacker with Wacker Insurance out of Hardin, Montana. Great content about government programs, and insurance programs and all the ins and outs. Very interesting detailed information there, great resource on various programs.

If you haven't seen it, there was an article on ranch sales booming in the Billings Gazette, that featured a couple ranch brokers and myself. That article has been picked up by the AP, which is pretty neat, so it's been showing up all over the place. We have that article linked at https://mtlandsource.com, so check that out.

Two events coming up. Two webinars put on by Accruit, which is Max Hansen's company. He's the regional expert on 1031 exchanges. So two webinars coming up on 1031 exchanges. Looks like some interesting in-depth information there, so check that out as well at https://mtlandsource.com.

That's it for this week. Again, kind of a basic easy week. Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. Thank you for watching, and we will see you next week."
