A relatively quiet week in the market this week.

Only 19 property updates:
• 2 properties back on the market
• 4 new listings
• 9 pending sales
• 3 price changes, and
• 1 sold

Most of the properties this week were in the smaller acreage ranges, however there are a couple large properties.

Two new listings, both in Musselshell County:
• The Sniper’s Knob Wildlife Preserve listed by Bill Bahny & Associates, 2,300 acres for $3 million south of Melstone, and
• The Sounder Ranch, 5,700 acres with a price of $4.75 million listed by Premier Land Company west of Roundup, and also
• A large pending sale, the Edgar Five Mile Creek Ranch, 4,200 acres with a list price of $2.2 million dollars southeast of Edgar, Montana listed by U Bar S Real Estate.

In news this week, the 12th episode of the Ranch Investors podcast was released. This episode we interviewed Joel Silverman of Silverman Law, who is an estate and tax attorney in Montana. We focused on opportunity zones in that podcast, good content there. Opportunity zones are an underutilized opportunity in Montana for land investment. So listen to that podcast anywhere that you listen to podcasts, as well as on https://mtlandsource.com.

Thank you, that's this week's Land Report. Please like this YouTube video, and share. We appreciate it. See you next week."
