The spring joint meeting of the Billings Farm & Ranch Brokers and the Bozeman Farm & Ranch Brokers is scheduled for April 18, 2018 at noon at the American Legion in Big Timber, Montana. Appraiser Kim Colvin of Terra Western Associates in Big Timber will discuss “Appraisals of Conservation Easement Encumbered Properties.” And as usual, Andy Rahn will be displaying the Montana Land Source map app for discussion of new listings and sales.
