Once monthly, usually the second Wednesday of each month, the Southwest Montana Farm & Ranch Brokers meet at 10:00 am in Madison Room at the Riverside Country Club, 2500 Springhill Road in Bozeman, MT. At the meetings, brokers and other rural real estate professionals get together to network, hear a presentation on topics relative to the rural Montana land market, and to share new listings as well as to discuss properties they are looking for on behalf of buyers.
This month's presenter will be Joel Silverman, Attorney at Silverman Law Firm, PLLC in Bozeman & Helena, Montana. Joel will discuss What To Do and What Not To Do on Buy-Sell Agreements.
