Once monthly, usually the second Tuesday of each month, the Southwest Montana Farm & Ranch Brokers meet to network, hear a presentation on topics relative to the rural Montana land market, and to share new listings as well as to discuss properties they are looking for on behalf of buyers. The group includes land brokers and other rural real estate professionals.
For this month's meeting, Accredited Rural Appraisers Clark Wheeler and Mike McDonnell from Norman C. Wheeler & Associates have agreed to give a brief presentation on the Montana land market. The presentation is titled Update on What Has Happened... A Mini “For Land’s Sake.”
The meeting will take place at the Riverside Country Club, at 2500 Springhill Road in Bozeman, Montana.
