Once monthly, usually the second Wednesday of each month, the Southwest Montana Farm & Ranch Brokers meet at noon in Bozeman at the Holiday Inn. At the meetings, brokers and other rural real estate professionals get together to network, hear a presentation on topics relative to the rural Montana land market, and to share new listings as well as to discuss properties they are looking for on behalf of buyers.
At the July 10th meeting, the presenter will be Justin Meissner, District Conservationist at NRCS Bozeman–Townsend Work Unit who will give a power point presentation on “Focusing on Montana Conservation: Special Incentives & Targeted Info Plan.”
Montana Land Source is utilized at the meetings to show maps of new land listings.
