Data from Montana Land Source such as land values over time and current inventory of listings versus historic sales volume will be shared and discussed. Andy will also be recapping the other presentations from the Bozeman Farm & Ranch Brokers annual meeting on Rural Montana Land Values and Trends held on January 10, 2018. The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 am on Thursday February 1, 2018 at the Radisson Hotel in Billings, MT.
