Twice a year, the Billings Farm & Ranch Brokers and the Southwest Montana Farm & Ranch Brokers get together for a joint meeting in Big Timber, Montana. However, due to Covid-19, the meeting this month will be in Billings at the Billings Association of Realtors office on Wednesday, September 23rd at 9:00 am.
The meeting will be in person, as well as via Zoom.
Our first presenter will be Dallas Fischer from Montana Drone, on the use of drones in farm and ranch real estate. Our second presenters will be Greg Gianforte, candidate for Montana Governor, joining us via Zoom and Kristen Juras, Greg's running mate joining us in person.
At these meetings, land brokers and other rural real estate industry professionals get together to network, hear presentations on a topics relative to the rural Montana land market, and share new listings as well as discuss properties they are looking for on behalf of buyers.
Non-members are welcome to attend.
