Once monthly, usually the first Thursday of each month, the Billings Farm & Ranch Brokers meet to network, hear presentations on topics relative to the rural Montana land market, and to share their new listings as well as to discuss properties they are looking for on behalf of buyers. The group is made up of land brokers, agents, and other rural real estate professionals.

Upcoming Meeting Presenters:

• Thursday, March 5 - Hertha Lund from Lund Law will discuss due diligence for water rights, easements issues and roads, updates on wind lease and pipeline easement issues.
• Wednesday, April 15 - Joint meeting with Southwest Montana Farm & Ranch Brokers in Big Timber, MT - Montana State Auditor candidate Troy Downing will discuss what being State Auditor entails, and in particular he will speak about the role as Land Board Commissioner on the State Land Board. The Land Board consists of Montana's five top elected officials.
