2019 Montana Land Values Presentation

Once a year, a panel of Montana Accredited Rural Appraisers (ARAs) and valuation experts give a presentation summarizing the prior year's rural land market and discussing emerging trends.  The panelists are the top industry experts with exclusive data and analysis on the Montana land market.

The event takes place at the first meeting of the year in January of the Southwest Montana Farm & Ranch Brokers in Bozeman, MT.  The meeting the best opportunity of the year to learn in depth about rural Montana land values and trends data, and is always highly attended by rural real estate industry professions.

For years, Clark Wheeler from Norman C Wheeler & Associates has presented the annual report and discussion of rural land values and trends.  Starting in 2018 the events has included other local appraisers and valuation experts, including Andrew Rahn from Montana Land Source and land appraisers from Northwest Farm Credit Services.

This year the land values presentation will be held in conjunction with educational seminars put on by the MT Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) at the 1st Annual Winter Real Estate Roundup.  Two hours of continuing education credits are available for Montana appraisers, and credits are being worked on with the State for credit hours for Montana real estate brokers and salespersons.

The presentation will be held at the Best Western - GranTree Inn, 1325 N 7th Avenue, Bozeman, MT.  A lunch sponsored by Northwest Farm Credit Services will follow the presentation from noon to 1:00.
