"Hi everyone. I have an exciting announcement this week. We have been part of a collaborative podcast project with Coulter DeVries and Denver Gilbert called Ranch Investor. Our first three podcasts are out and available. It's content that is directed towards ranch investment, land markets, market values, and management. We interview local experts such as appraisers, and real estate attorneys, and consultants. We're excited about the content. Each podcast runs about 45 minutes. You can find them at https://mtlandsource.com, you can find them at https://ranchinvestor.com, and you can also find them anywhere where you access podcasts. Just search for Ranch Investor. Please give it a listen, please share, and please let us know what you think.
Also in news, we're well into the wildfire season in Montana and on our map application we have updated our wildfire layers. There's two of them that allow access to up-to-date information and some mapped perimeters for wildfires in Montana. Very useful for following wildfires and seeing what properties may be being impacted by wildfires. So we're excited about that. It has not been a very large wildfire season thankfully in Montana so far. We'll see how the rest of the year unfolds.
In the market, a very active week in the market again this week:
34 total property updates:
• 5 properties are back on the market after having fallen out of contract
• 8 new listings
• 12 pending sales, which is a high number
• 5 price reductions and
• 4 solds
That's all in this week's Montana Land Report. The Montana Land Report is free, just go to https://mtlandsource.com and give us your email. The Land Report goes out every Wednesday with highlights from the Montana land market.
