"Hi everyone. Andy Rahn here with this week's video summary of the Montana Land Report for November 25th, 2020. Happy Thanksgiving holiday week to everybody this week. Another strong week in the Montana land market marching on.

31 property updates over the past seven days:
• 1 property back on the market
• 5 new listings
• 8 pending sales
• 3 price changes, and
• 14 solds

So again, the market just continues to be strong and active. Quite a bit of activity in eastern Montana I would say over the past week. Of interest, the Antelope Creek Ranch is back on the market. This property sold only a year ago, almost 30,000 acres back on the market.

Also of interest in south-central Montana, there are three listings that are adjoining each other that total about 18,000 acres. That doesn't happen that often. The Greater Yellowstone Ranch by Live Water Properties, the Holmgren Ranch properties by Thistledew Montana Grasslands, and the Eagles Nest Ranch by Premier Land Company. One of the neat things about the Montana Land Source map app is to be able to see listings and sales, how they configure with each other, and when multiple listings come up for a large block. So to check that out

Of interest this week, the Billings Gazette published an article Sunday about the ranch sale boom due to COVID-19. I was quoted in that article, as well as some other prominent ranch brokers like Jim Taylor from Hall and Hall, and Jeff Shouse from Livewater Properties, and Fay Ranches was mentioned as well. So you can check out that article. I have a little blog follow up on that article at https://mtlandsource.com. We always appreciate coverage on that.

That's about it for this week, kind of a quiet week in terms of news and events because of the holiday. Have a safe and happy holidays, and we will see you next week."
