The Montana Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) is holding a Valuing Rural America Seminar and annual meeting Monday, February 18 through Wednesday, February 20, 2019 in Bozeman. Andy Rahn from Montana Land Source is leading a 4-hour course on Mapping and GPS for Rural Land Appraisers, Wednesday 8:00 am until noon. Michael Fashoway, Lead GIS Analyst at the Montana State Library, will be contributing with infomation on Montana State cadastral data and the cadastral website. In addition to the continuing education credits available for appraisers, the courses do have approval for real estate continuing education as well. The seminar and annual meeting is held at the Best Western GranTree Inn in Bozeman, MT. Registration is available through the ASFMRA webpage.
